Meet the CEO

I am a former model, an MBA graduate and owner of several businesses. With 20-plus years of experience in entertainment and corporate America, I was confident in my ability to create Dexterity Talent Agency in 2016. My mission is to help develop undiscovered yet raw, versatile singers, actors and models while grooming them for meteoric success. I aim to ensure that our talent earns maximum exposure, learn essential skills to be successful in all they do in life while achieving wealth beyond their wildest dreams. As a result, I have assembled some of the best in the entertainment and media industries to help our talent soar and gain national and global acclaim.

At Dexterity we accomplish this by pairing our talent with coaches who have decades of experience in the modeling, entertainment and music industry and with younger trendsetters with a pulse on current movements. We also personally train our talent to become more charismatic performers and media savvy. Moreover, our studios are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that includes a digital audio workstation and virtual studio technology.
